Please Note: There is no limit on the number of attendees and registration is not required for Thursday’s reception for all festival attendees at The Lodge at Steamboat, speaker presentations, films, sketch-a-bird workshop, and crane yoga at the library, and guided crane viewing after the Carpenter Ranch picnic. Although you can no longer order a picnic dinner, you can still bring your own dinner to the ranch and join us in viewing the cranes. You can also join the bird walk at the Yampa River Botanic Park Friday afternoon.
Don’t forget to stop by the library lawn to see the Spirit Wind Aerial Arts dancers right before the Coloring Contest Awards and the screening of The Eagle Huntress Thursday evening.
We also want to remind you to view the crane yard art on the library lawn and bid on your favorite crane while enjoying music by The Broad Band on Friday evening.
Of course, you are welcome to go out crane viewing on your own throughout the weekend.
